Marooka is a Japanese firm that's known for their rubber track vehicles. Normally you would associate a model with these rubber tracks as a cheaper replacement for one with real metal tracks but in this case it's the real deal. The rubber tracks means that the Marooka can go where other carriers cannot go with less damage to the environment.A truly unique model.

Joal Volvo FH12 Globetrotter XL with lowboy trailer

My other horse and lowbed combo is this very nice model from Joal. It's a 1:50 scale model of a red Volvo FH12. Very hard to get hold of Joal models here in Cape Town so I was really lucky to get my hands on it. It surely looks good with a load like a D8 on the back.
