I was really excited when I saw this Ferrari California for sale because it was the first time I came across one on my favorite auction site.I had the option of a red or light blue one and picked the red one to fit in with my other red Ferrari's. In retrospect I think I should have gone for the blue one, this shade of red just does not have that warmth to it and I think the blue would have looked better on the car.
In general I not too concerned about buying Hot Wheels Foundation models, my past Foundation models was always of good quality and value for money but this time I was a bit disappointed. The doors, boot and bonnet is plastic and it feels like plastic. The paint job is not as good as usual and details like the front grill is flat plastic and not a real grid. The brakes etc also looks below par. On the plus side I think the interior looks good and I love the removable top.

Norscot Bell B40D ADT
Long time since I bought my last construction model. This time it's a Bell B40D ADT model from Norscot. Norscot typically only makes models of CAT vehicles but they do make a few models of other manufactures like Bell which are hard to find.
The detail on this models is what I would expect with the one exception of the opening hood to show the engine which is nice and they don't do it with other models. I also like the maroon color inside the bucket that looks cool. All in all a very good buy for me I think.

Hot Wheels Ferrari F12berlinetta
Ferrari has a proud heritage of V12 GT's. Cars like the 250 GTO, 365 GTB, 550 / 575 and the 599. The lastest in this bloodline is the F12berlinetta, only second to the La Ferrari in the power stakes. If I had the money this is the Ferrari I would buy.
This model is from the Hot Wheels Elite collection. Would have preferred a red one but the blue also looks good even if it show touch marks easily.
What I like about this car. The detail is very high, especially inside the cabin. A stunning model of an awesome car.

Hot Wheels Ferrari 575M Maranello
The Ferrari 550 & 575 are some of the most beautiful Ferrari's for me. With it's long noses and short tail is looks very sleek. Another classic for my Ferrari collection.

Hot Wheels Ferrari 250 GT California
The 1957 250 GT California is one of the most iconic Ferrari's of all time. About 50 of these Scaglietti's master pieces was made primarily for rich American clientele.Today the 250 GT California is one of the most expensive collectors cars.
This model is from Ferrari's 60th celebration, not very detailed but very good value for my money.
What I love about this car: The brown steering wheel, classic old style :-)

Hot Wheels Ferrari Enzo
Over the past 60 years of so that Ferrari has been building road cars there has been a three that really stood out. The first for me was the 250 GTO, followed by the F40 and lastly the Enzo. Not the fastest or the prettiest but something about it just makes the Enzo very special.
This is a Foundation model, meaning it is missing some of the finer details found on the Elite range. Still very nice.
What I love about this car: The nose design.
Ricko Porsche 365B
One of the true classic sport cars on the decade, especially in black like this one. My first model from Ricko, I was really surprised with the amount of detail on this car. Inside even the carpets are real!
What I love about this car: The wonderful interior with real carpets and lots of detail.
