Hot Wheels Ferrari FXX

So after Ferrari build 401 Enzo's they decided to build another 30 special Enzo's. The body looks pretty much the same apart from the head lights and the spoilers on the tail.

The V12 engine size was increase to 6.3 litres meaning going from the Enzo's 485 kW to 588 kW, and this is done without any turbos etc! 0 - 100 km/h takes less than 3 seconds and top speed is around the 350 km/h mark.

All this for just $1.8 million if your where one of the few lucky ones chosen by Ferrari to own one of these beasts.

Originally I was in the market for an Enzo and not really interested in the FXX but my mind changed when I saw this red beauty. From the Hot Wheels Elite range meaning that the detail is incredibly good. A real show piece my collection and maybe my best model to date.

Some trivia, in 2009 Micheal Schumacher did a time of 1:10.7 with his black FXX around the Top Gear test track, that's fast. A  Lamborghini Aventador does it in 1:16.5 and a Bugatti Veyron in 1.16.8.

What I love about this car: The engine detail is amazing.

Hot Wheels Ferrari F2004

The F2004 surely is the most successful modern day F1 car. Micheal Schumacher won 15 out of the 18 races during the 2004 season with this car. This includes 12 pole positions.

This my first 1:43 scale model and also my first one of an F1 car.

Hot Wheels Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale

Like the F50 and the Enzo, the Challenge Stradale epitomizes the very essence of a racing car, featuring only those items essential to performance and safety. It was inspired by the challenge racing series and can be thought of as a Challenge car for the road. In total, the Challenge Stradale is up to 110 kg lighter than the standard Modena, if all the lightweight options are specified such as no radio, lexan side windows and fabric cloth. The car also comes with optional carbon racing seats which are noticeable from the outside to complement the interior detailing.

If you used to the Elite range of Hot Wheels Models then the Foundation models are a bit of a let down. Not that this model is not nice but it's not as nice as the Elite's. I bought it on a auction and the price was very good but unfortunately it was not in a box and dust covered. Still a nice car.

What I love about this car: That white stripe.
