Hot Wheels Ferrari F355berlinetta

My second F355 is this Berlinetta. Ferrari build around 11 000+ F355 between 1994 and 1999 and this was really Ferrari bread and butter model. The 512 production run was coming to an end and the only other option was the front engined 550's.

This model is a little bit lighter color than the Spider and like the Spider it looks very nice with the cream interior. I don't think the cream would work if the car was red. Like the Spider model also an older Hot Wheels car also not displayed before.

What I like about the model? The color combination, silver outside, cream inside.

Motorart JCB JS220 Excavator

My latest edition to my construction model collection is this JCB JS220 excavator from Motorart. Like my previous Motorart model the detail is very high, higher for instance than on the Norscot CAT 323 Excavator. But having said that it just does not feel as solid, for instance I was surprised when I realized that the tracks are plastic and not metal. Still a nice model and very well priced.

Motorart JCB 456 Loader

My first Motorart model and my first JCB model. The detail is far beter than that on my Norscot models but the Motorart model is not as solid as the Norscot models because they use more plastic. This model comes with three different attachments which is nice. The rubber wheels is also very authentic but the best is the silver aluminum surfaces around the cabin, that is a very nice touch.

This will definitely not be my last Motorart model!

Hot Wheels Ferrari FF

The FF stand for Ferrari Four, referring to this cars four wheel drive which makes it the first production Ferrari four wheel drive. According the Ferrari this is also the fastest four-seater currently.

I was very impressed with the detail of this Hot Wheels Foundation model, the exterior and interior are like that of an Elite model but there is a catch. The bonnet can not open. At the back it's the same story. So if you life without showing off the engine then I think it's worth the money for the detail you get on the outside.

What I like about this model, the black exterior vs the red interior.Looks awesome.

Hot Wheels Ferrari California

I was really excited when I saw this Ferrari California for sale because it was the first time I came across one on my favorite auction site.I had the option of a red or light blue one and picked the red one to fit in with my other red Ferrari's. In retrospect I think I should have gone for the blue one, this shade of red just does not have that warmth to it and I think the blue would have looked better on the car.

In general I not too concerned about buying Hot Wheels Foundation models, my past Foundation models was always of good quality and value for money but this time I was a bit disappointed. The doors, boot and bonnet is plastic and it feels like plastic. The paint job is not as good as usual and details like the front grill is flat plastic and not a real grid. The brakes etc also looks below par. On the plus side I think the interior looks good and I love the removable top.

Norscot Bell B40D ADT

Long time since I bought my last construction model. This time it's a Bell B40D ADT model from Norscot. Norscot typically only makes models of CAT vehicles but they do make a few models of other manufactures like Bell which are hard to find.

The detail on this models is what I would expect with the one exception of the opening hood to show the engine which is nice and they don't do it with other models. I also like the maroon color inside the bucket that looks cool. All in all a very good buy for me I think.

Hot Wheels Ferrari F12berlinetta

Ferrari has a proud heritage of V12 GT's. Cars like the 250 GTO, 365 GTB, 550 / 575 and the 599. The lastest in this bloodline is the F12berlinetta, only second to the La Ferrari in the power stakes. If I had the money this is the Ferrari I would buy.

This model is from the Hot Wheels Elite collection. Would have preferred a red one but the blue also looks good even if it show touch marks easily.

What I like about this car. The detail is very high, especially inside the cabin. A stunning model of an awesome car.
